01. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

  1. Participation is open to all operatives globally, except where prohibited by local jurisdiction.
  2. Any attempt to brute-force the Decryption Terminal or utilize automated "bot" scripts will result in immediate PERMANENT BLACKLISTING from the project.
  3. Collaborative "think-tanks" are permitted, but only the first operative to successfully finalize the decryption will be eligible for asset disbursement.

    1. No personal data is harvested by this terminal beyond what is necessary for session persistence.
    2. The "riddle.pdf" and its accompanying audio data are the intellectual property of PROJECT SYMPHONY CYPHER. Unauthorized redistribution of the solution is considered a breach of protocol.

    04. LIABILITY WAIVER

    1. Participation is at the operative's own risk. PROJECT SYMPHONY CYPHER is not liable for psychological stress, cognitive fatigue, or hardware malfunction resulting from decryption attempts.
    2. PROJECT SYMPHONY CYPHER reserves the right to terminate the operation or modify the cypher at any time if a security breach is detected.
